This article provides an in-depth analysis of the legal and practical aspects of prosecutorial supervision in the pension and social benefits sector in Uzbekistan. The study thoroughly examines the legal foundations of prosecutorial oversight in the pension system, including the Constitution, laws, presidential decrees, and orders of the Prosecutor General. The author identifies violations of legislation in the pension sector, their main types and causes, and offers recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision. The research highlights the role of digital technologies in prosecutorial oversight, the importance of inter-agency cooperation, and issues of studying foreign experience. The author proposes a comprehensive approach to improving prosecutorial supervision in the pension sector, including updating the legislative base, developing supervision methodology, and enhancing staff qualifications. The study has significant theoretical and practical importance in the areas of digitalization of the pension system, strengthening preventive measures, and preventing legal violations.
