The main factor in ensuring the rule of law is not to deal with the causes of the violation but to identify the conditions that lead to it in time and eliminate them. Therefore, an in-depth study of the activities of the internal affairs bodies, which is considered the main subject of crime prevention, and its further improvement is one of the urgent tasks of today.
