This article provides a detailed analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of qualifying continuous crimes. The issue was examined in two main directions: general and specific. General issues encompass problems arising in the criminal-legal characterization of all continuous crimes. This includes certain ambiguities in legislation and additional clarifications required for the correct classification of crimes. Specific issues are reflected in unique problems that arise when qualifying particular types of crimes, such as continuous theft, drug distribution, and continuous bribery. To address these issues, it is necessary to improve legislation, develop more precise approaches in judicial practice, and devise new methods for assessing crimes. The article presents possible solutions, methodologies, and practical recommendations for resolving these matters.
