This article discusses the scientific and theoretical foundations of innovative methods for improving the physical training of cadets. The study compared traditional and modern approaches, as well as analyzed the effects of virtual reality, biomechanical analysis, and individual training programs on endurance, muscle strength, reaction speed, and stress tolerance of cadets. The results showed that innovative methods significantly improve physical and psychological performance. The results of the study emphasize the importance of wider implementation of high-tech approaches in the process of military training and indicate the need to continue research in this direction in the future.
