В статье проанализированы значение и роль ассертивности в международной коммуникatsiи. Ассертивность рассматривается как способность личности открыто, логично и с уважением выражать свои мысли, а также защищать свои права и интересы. В условиях международного общения развитие данного качества имеет важное значение для формирования эффективного сотрудничества, взаимопонимания и позитивных отношений между представителями разных нatsiй и культур. Кроме того, в статье освещены методы развития ассертивных коммуникативных навыков, их применение в образовательной и профессиональной деятельности, а также роль в предотвращении конфликтов в международных отношениях
