This article examines the principles of modern international relations in the geopolitical and ethnocultural context of the Fergana Valley. The Fergana Valley, a historically significant region of Central Asia, is characterized by a diverse ethnic composition and strategic geopolitical location. The study examines how geopolitical interests and ethnocultural integration influence the international relations of the countries of the valley, especially Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Key topics include the influence of historical legacies, the role of regional organizations, and the influence of external powers such as Russia, China, and the United States. The article also discusses the challenges and opportunities for cooperation and conflict resolution in the region, highlighting the importance of inclusive and multilateral approaches to promoting stability and development.
