Annotatsiya

This article analyzes existing problems in the legal regulation of contractual relations in the field of e-commerce. The author also analyzed statistical data regarding the development of e-commerce and performed a comparative study of the legislation of the People's Republic of China. The rapid development of information and communication technologies has contributed to the emergence of a new business environment.
