The article analyzes procedural mechanisms for protecting the rights of entrepreneurs in the context of administrative proceedings. The main types of administrative disputes between business and government agencies, the procedure for filing complaints to the administrative court and the key stages of the judicial process are covered. Particular attention is paid to effective methods of ensuring procedural guarantees, documenting evidence and argumentation strategies in court, the goals of which are to protect the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs.
