The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal status of creditor bodies and their role in the process of forming insolvency procedures in the Czech Republic, a member country of the European Union. It specifically examines the legal framework established by Articles 46 to 68 of Law No. 182/2006 Coll., the Insolvency Law, and analyzes how these legal provisions influence the formation of the rights and obligations of creditor bodies.
