The article analyzes the problems of the medical sphere of Turkestan during the period of Russian colonialism. Based on primary sources, the opening of clinics, and hospitals, the activities of medical personnel and adopted regulatory documents related to the medical field, vaccination, and their importance in preserving the health of the population are covered.
