Abstract. This article analyzes research studies related to the development of professionalcompetencies among vocational education students and presents the perspectives of relevantspecialists on this process. Furthermore, it highlights the necessity of utilizing innovativeeducational technologies in the development of professional competence through collaborativeinnovation. Special attention is given to the systematic and methodological support of theeducational process, the role of curricula and course programs, and the significant contributionof instructors in ensuring effective competency development.
