This scientific article considers the importance of modern methods and strategiesin improving the methodological system of professional development in the workplace. The articleemphasizes the need to introduce innovative approaches, digital technologies and interactive8(16)2024 "Pedagogik akmeologiya" xalqaro ilmiy-metodik jurnalitraining methods to increase the effectiveness of professional development. The professional 137development system in the workplace serves not only to improve the knowledge and skills ofemployees, but also to strengthen their motivation, develop teamwork and increase productionefficiency. Modern methods, such as online training, distance learning platforms, gamificationelements of training, as well as strategies such as establishing constant feedback with employees,are proposed. The article discusses the methods and strategies necessary for updating andmodernizing professional development in the workplace, which will have a positive impact on theprofessional growth of employees and the overall success of organizations
