This article examines the experience of foreign countries, particularly leadingtransnational companies in Europe and Asia, in ensuring the financial independence of enterprises.It analyzes advanced approaches adopted by international companies in organizing effectivefinancial analysis, maintaining transparency in accounting, utilizing modern informationtechnologies, and assessing risks based on probabilistic models. The article highlights thesignificance of innovative tools such as the “Cash Flow at Risk” (CFaR) model in strengtheningfinancial sustainability. Additionally, it offers recommendations for adapting international bestpractices to the context of Uzbek enterprises
