Nowadays, investing in green infrastructure is becoming one of the pressingissues on a global scale. Green infrastructure plays an important role in the process of protectingthe environment, ensuring economic stability and adapting to climate change. This article analyzesthe main strategies for investing in green infrastructure, sources of financing and their economicefficiency. In particular, based on international experiences, green bonds, the mechanism ofpublic-private partnerships and the role of institutional investors are covered. The article examinesnot only the Environmental, but also the economic and social aspects of green infrastructure-oriented investments. The implementation of green infrastructure projects will lead to significantchanges in areas such as efficient use of Natural Resources, Energy Efficiency and waste recycling.At the same time, such investments make it possible to create new jobs, support territorialdevelopment and balance urbanization processes. Especially in developing countries, investmentsin environmentally friendly energy sources create the opportunity to increase the stability ofelectricity supply, effectively use water resources and introduce innovative technologies inagriculture. In addition, the article will also explore the impact of innovative technologies andDigital Solutions on green infrastructure. Artificial intelligence - based environmental monitoringsystems, smart energy networks, and automated waste recycling methods serve to improve theefficiency of green infrastructure. At the same time, investments in green infrastructure areimportant in preventing natural disasters and reducing their negative impact. To mitigate theconsequences of climate change, measures such as the modernization of water managementsystems, the development of environmentally friendly transport infrastructure and the introductionof sustainable building standards are becoming more and more relevant. The impact of the legaland institutional environment on these investments will also be analyzed, showing the importanceof public policy, legislation and international financial cooperation. The results of the study showthat investments in green infrastructure play an important role in ensuring long-term economicstability. The contribution of international financial institutions to the process through grant andpreferential loans has also been analyzed. Therefore, to promote investment in green infrastructure,it is necessary to formulate effective public policies, increase private sector participation andimprove financing mechanisms. Such measures serve not only to increase economic efficiency,but also to ensure environmental safety and promote the well-being of society.
