Currently, the scientific community is developing and applying effective mechanisms to combat corruption in the education system, relying on systems of monitoring, control and prevention of offenses, as well as the use of legal means. However, in educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan there are no moral codes for teaching staff, while in Western countries they are used extremely effectively. The development of a code of ethics for teachers and an algorithm for making changes will make it possible to regulate in detail all aspects of the professional ethics of teachers. It is important to emphasize that creating a code of ethics in an educational institution is a serious and responsible work, since this document must reflect all possible aspects of the moral behavior of a teacher in his professional activities.
