This article analyzes the concept of Islamic financial law and its sources, the description of the main and additional sources of Islamic financial law, their participation in modern financial trends, and the scope of application in Eastern and Western countries, where the field of Islamic finance is developing, were also thoroughly analyzed. The article focuses on the consistent hierarchy of sources of Islamic financial law and their participation in the development of Islamic financial law in national and foreign countries.
