The article examines the situation when a person is illegally convicted, placed in a medical institution, detained or under house arrest, dismissed from work (position) due to illegal detention or suspended from office in connection with charges in the case. Practical and theoretical problems associated with the reinstatement of a person illegally removed from work are analyzed and recommendations for solving them are proposed
