"Avesta" is the sacred book of Zoroastrianism, containing valuable information about religious and secular ideology, socio-political system and the rights of tribes living on the territory of modern Uzbekistan in the middle of the 2nd century BC. Studying the Avesta as a legal source undoubtedly contributes to the formation of a legal culture among young people in the process of building a democratic state and civil society in our country. This article discusses the ideas put forward in the Avesta - our great spiritual heritage, about the rights and responsibilities of our ancient ancestors.
