The article discusses the differences between hooliganism and petty hooliganism, features of public order, and public safety. On the basis of the opinions of scientists about special, generic, and direct objects, the subject of this type of crime, opinions are expressed that hooliganism is multi-object, its necessary sign is a violation of public order, the main direct object of the crime is public relations that ensure public safety, health, physical integrity, the right to personal property; an additional direct object is a public safety, management order.
