This article examines the linguistic features of the language of the works of Alisher Navoi as well as the scientific significance of their study. The research analyzes the lexical richness, grammatical structure, and stylistic possibilities of the Old Uzbek literary language reflected in Navoi’s works. In addition, the role of the poet’s works in the development of Turkic languages and several scholarly issues related to their study are considered. As a result, the significance of Navoi’s heritage for the development of Uzbek linguistics and Turkology is scientifically substantiated.
