The article considers the concept of Advocacy as an institution of civil society and gives expert opinions regarding the relevance of Advocacy to the institution of civil society. In addition, reforms of the Advocacy Institute in Uzbekistan are being studied in order to improve the status of advocates and protect the lawful rights and interests of a person.
