In this article, the author explains a number of differences between crimes committed via the Internet from crimes committed in everyday life from a practical point of view. Each of them proves the opinion using practical examples to justify it. It also performs analysis using statistical data. This means a better understanding of cybercrime, as well as the permissibility of actions in the investigation process with a correct assessment of the degree of public danger of the crime. At the same time, the author provides valuable information on how to investigate cybercrime and how to protect it effectively using his personal views, as well as scientifically based resources. The article consists of an introduction, an analysis of problems, practical suggestions, as well as parts of the conclusion.
