This article analyzes the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social,Governance) factors on corporate financial efficiency. The study examines howensuring environmental sustainability in companies, strengthening socialresponsibility, and implementing an effective corporate governance systemaffect financial results. It is substantiated that enterprises adhering to ESGprinciples have advantages in terms of investment attractiveness, access tocapital, risk management level, and long-term sustainable developmentindicators.
