This article highlights the necessity of technical and economic justification ofmanagerial decisions. Based on the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “OnTechnical Regulation” dated February 27, 2023, the issues of acquiring new knowledge and skillsby managers and entrepreneurs in the fields of production and services are analyzed. The methodsof technical regulation (stabilizing, administrative, disciplinary) and their legal and regulatoryprinciples are discussed. The impact of law enforcement on economic activity, the constructionsector, and the efficient use of human capital is demonstrated through the example of Turkey.Furthermore, the role of international standards, innovations, and the system of professionaldevelopment in the policy of technical regulation is substantiated.
