This article analyzes innovative solutions of artificial intelligencein management activities and their importance in the management system.During the study, the possibilities of artificial intelligence technologies instrategic management, financial analysis, marketing, logistics and humanresources management were studied. The role of automated systems based onartificial intelligence in increasing the efficiency of organizational activities,accelerating the decision-making process and optimizing costs was alsohighlighted. The results of the study show that artificial intelligence technologiesare an important innovative tool in the modern management system.
