This article systematically analyzes the problem of rhinolalia, one of the most complex speech and medical disorders, exploring its causes and clinical-pedagogical manifestations. Rhinolalia is highlighted as a distortion of voice timbre and speech sound pronunciation caused by anatomical and physiological defects of the speech apparatus (specifically, congenital or acquired cleft lip and palate).
