Annotatsiya

The article examined the theoretical and practical aspects of assessing the development of digital management infrastructure in enterprises. Foreign and domestic studies on digital transformation, data-driven management, and ERP and CRM systems were synthesised. A system of 12 indicators was developed, covering internet quality, computerisation, ERP and CRM systems, electronic document management, database integration, cybersecurity, employees’ digital skills, BI dashboards, digital monitoring, cloud technologies and the presence of a digital transformation strategy. Formulas for normalising the indicators and aggregating them into an integral index were proposed. Official 2025 statistics for Kashkadarya region were used to describe the observation field for the assessment: as of 1 January 2026, 30,424 enterprises and organisations operated in the region. Recommendations were made on expanding the use of ERP, CRM and electronic document management, integrating databases and strengthening employees’ digital competencies.
