Annotatsiya

This article examines the role and significance of the securities market in financing the investment activities of enterprises. The main objective of the study is to analyze the possibilities of using shares, corporate bonds, and other stock market instruments to finance enterprises’ investment needs, as well as to develop scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of attracting investment resources through the securities market. The study analyzes the development trends of investment activity and the stock market in Uzbekistan based on statistical data. The results indicate the need to expand the use of stock market instruments in financing the long-term investment needs of enterprises. The article proposes measures to develop the corporate bond market, improve IPO and SPO mechanisms, broaden the investor base, enhance information transparency, and develop the infrastructure of the digital capital market. The study employs methods of dynamic series comparison, structural analysis, generalization, and logical analysis.
