This paper treats the six increases in the electricity and gas tariffs charged to enterprises in Uzbekistan between 2017 and 2026 as an administered energy price shock and estimates its pass-through across seventeen sectors by local projections, with inference based on randomization because the events are few. A one percent tariff increase raises transport service prices by 0.043 percent on impact and by 0.063 percent after one month, and responses are ordered monotonically across a priori energy intensity tiers. No response appears in the consumer price index excluding housing and utilities. Sectoral pass-through is real but is diluted in aggregation.
