Annotatsiya

This article examines the development trends in the privatization of commercial banks in Uzbekistan and the key economic factors influencing these processes using econometric methods. A statistical assessment is conducted to determine the relationships between changes in the state’s share in the banking system, private capital participation, bank assets and capital, and indicators of financial performance. Based on the results of the econometric analysis, scientific and practical conclusions are formulated aimed at accelerating the privatization of commercial banks, expanding private capital participation, and enhancing the competitiveness and financial stability of the banking system.
