Annotatsiya

This article examines methodological approaches to enhancing inclusive economic growth through the effective utilization of foreign trade potential. The study analyzes the impact of foreign trade on economic growth, employment, household incomes, and regional development, with particular emphasis on increasing export potential, diversifying the export structure, and integrating into global value chains as key factors in promoting inclusive growth. Special attention is given to expanding economic opportunities for different social and economic groups through improvements in foreign trade policy and the efficient allocation and utilization of economic resources. The findings provide a basis for developing scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving existing mechanisms for utilizing foreign trade potential, enhancing export competitiveness, and ensuring sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Uzbekistan.

This research employs a conceptual–analytical methodology designed to construct a theoretically grounded and policy-relevant understanding of the relationship between Foreign Trade Potential (FTP) and National Economic Stability (NES). The study recognizes that both concepts operate at a macro-structural level, where causal relationships are shaped not only by economic indicators but also by institutional, structural, and policy variables. Consequently, the methodological approach deliberately refrains from narrow econometric quantification, instead embracing a systemic and interpretative framework capable of capturing the complex, multidimensional nature of this relationship. The core rationale behind this methodological choice is that the transformation of trade potential into stability is not a purely mechanical or statistical process-it is a governance-driven, institutionally mediated phenomenon.
