Despite numerous studies and achievements in the treatment of arterial hypertension, arterial hypertension remains the world's number one killer and its complications are one of the medical and socio-economic problems, as they lead to increased disability and reduced work capacity of these patients. Keeping especially uncontrolled arterial hypertension under control and preventing the development of its complications is currently one of the pressing problems of cardiologists and primary care physicians.
