This article may focus on the pathological conditions associated with shoulder injuries in canoeing and kayaking. Currently, shoulder joint injury is one of the most common pathologies found among major joint injuries, and studies conducted by scientists in Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States and our republic have examined possible cases of this pathology in the literature. Studying how the pain that can occur in the shoulder joint is relatively inferior to pain in other joints, such as the lumbar, hip and knee joints, among all diseases of the musculoskeletal system, is one of the important issues for us. Today, cases are identified where rotator cuff injuries are more common in others than injuries, studying what percentage of injuries these conditions make up is one of our priorities. This injury has recently become one of the causes of disability.
