the article focuses on the study of the socio-psychological aspect of the organization's personnel management. Personnel management in the new conditions is the process of the organization's influence on its employees with the help of special methods aimed at achieving certain goals of the organization. The paper describes the essence and functions of the socio-psychological aspects of personnel management.
