This article describes the assessment of the potential and efficiency of human resources in enterprises and organizations using various methods. Based on many foreign experiences, human resources analysis (HR analytics) was used to evaluate human resources, and some indicators (HR metrics) were used for this purpose. As a result, a number of factors affecting the efficiency of the enterprise, profitability of human capital, investments made for each employee were studied.
