The article analyzes the institutional role of youth policy in New Uzbekistan in shaping youth values. It examines factors influencing young people’s worldview, civic attitudes, patriotism, responsibility, and initiative amid globalization, digitalization. The study considers the legal foundations, organizational mechanisms, and contemporary forms of implementing youth policy. Attention is paid to cooperation among the Agency for Youth Affairs, youth organizations, mahalla institutions, educational institutions, and civil society organizations. The research draws on legal documents, academic sources, and public opinion. The findings show that youth policy shapes values not directly, but through socialization, education, employment, civic participation, and spiritual and educational activities. The article emphasizes stronger feedback, monitoring, coordination, and interinstitutional cooperation to improve policy effectiveness and address youth needs.
