This article analyzes the economic efficiency of gastronomic tourism in agriculture and its significance in increasing local incomes and diversifying the activities of farms. It also examines opportunities for the direct sale of agricultural products to tourists, increasing added value, reducing intermediary costs, and creating new jobs. Particular attention is paid to indicators such as revenue, costs, profit, and profitability in assessing the economic outcomes of gastronomic tourism. The study develops proposals for the effective use of local gastronomic resources, the improvement of tourism services, and the promotion of sustainable economic development in rural areas
