The leading cause of death in elderly patients currently remains coronary heart disease (CHD). Recently, in almost all regions of our country, centers for revascularization therapy have been opened. Percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) are carried out to improve the quality of life in the management of patients with ACS and PICS. These so-called endovascular interventions are currently a highly effective method of treatment that can significantly improve the condition of patients and increase their tolerance to physical activity, return people to normal daily life. In this article, a retrospective analysis of elderly and senile patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention with various types of stenting was made. During the analysis, it was revealed that most of the patients were diagnosed with ACS. More than 337 endovascular interventions were performed in 163 patients.
