This article examines the issues of increasing the investment attractiveness of service sector enterprises. The dynamics of investments directed to the service sector during 2020-2025 are analyzed, and their share in total investment is assessed. In order to determine prospective indicators of investment activity development, a forecast for 2026-2030 is developed based on a linear trend model
