The article examines the improvement of career guidance management for grades 7-9 students of secondary schools based on theprinciples of the international quality management standard ISO-21001. The experimental work was conducted in 6 schools ofTashkent, Sirdarya, and Andijan regions with the participation of 384 respondents. In the experimental group, significant positivechanges were observed across all categories of respondents, with the overall growth coefficient (KPI) amounting to 47.8%. Theresults of statistical verification (t-test, χ²-test, Mann-Whitney U-test) confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed model (p<0.05).
