The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of using game technologies in teaching biology. It analyzes the role of game-based learning in enhancing the educational process, developing students’ cognitive activity, and fostering independent and creative thinking. The results of the study show that the use of game technologies in biology teaching increases learning efficiency and supports the formation of modern competencies in students.
