This article examines the role of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Vision 2040 in shaping the emerging investment landscape ofCentral Asia and Turkey. It analyzes investment opportunities in transport, energy, digital economy, green technologies, agriculture,tourism, and free economic zones. The study also identifies institutional, geopolitical, financial, and environmental challenges and proposesstrategic measures for developing an integrated Eurasian investment space by 2040.
