Annotatsiya

The article examines subjective representations of health among preschool education teachers as a subject of psychological analysis and a basis for organizing professional support. The aim of the study is to reveal the content of these representations and substantiate an approach to their investigation, taking into account the conditions of pedagogical work. The study employs a theoretical and analytical review of research on self-rated health, psychological well- being, and teacher support. The assessment of one’s own health status, health satisfaction, and social comparison are distinguished. An analytical framework is proposed that links these components to the professional context and everyday decisions regarding recovery. The article highlights the limitations of interpreting self-reports and transferring international research findings to different educational environments. Directions for further empirical research and practical recommendations for preschool institutions are formulated. The study is theoretical in nature and does not contain results from an original empirical assessment.
