This article presents analytical materials about the current educational reforms being carried out in New Uzbekistan, state policy, and the attention given to Uzbekistan’s human capital at the international level. Special focus is placed on the speech delivered by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the UN General Assembly on September 23, 2025, in which he expressed the country’s position before the international community regarding the achievements in unlocking youth potential within the context of the “New Uzbekistan” strategy.
