Annotatsiya

This article examines the stylistic role of morphological units in simple texts from the perspective of functional-semantic and text-linguistic approaches. It analyzes the contribution of grammatical categories (tense, voice, person and number, degrees of comparison, and word formation) to the construction of textual meaning, the enhancement of expressiveness, and the establishment of communicative orientation. Special attention is paid to the stylistic potential of morphological means in ensuring textual cohesion, expressing the author’s stance, and realizing pragmatic meanings. The findings demonstrate that morphological units function as an essential tool for maintaining the semantic, structural, and communicative integrity of simple texts.
