In the article, the analysis of the algal flora, systematic composition, development, distribution of water bodies in Central Asia,including Uzbekistan, changes in the influence of environmental factors on algae, carried out by a number of algal experts, wasanalyzed. In addition, the data from the researches on algal flora of the lower reaches of the Naryn River are presented.
