This article provides a scientific analysis of the issue of improving the motivationsystem in human resource management in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The study is aimed at identifying ways to increase employee performance, taking into account management theories,modern management approaches and HR-tech technologies. The effectiveness of material andnon-material incentives was studied using questionnaires, statistics, economic and econometricanalysis methods. The results showed that the modernization of the motivation system and theintroduction of modern management principles at Uzbek enterprises allow for a significantincrease in employee performance, and other issues are highlighted.
