Annotatsiya

This article examines the pressing issue of improving economic mechanisms forsupporting the Green Economy in the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. An analysis ofexisting government support instruments is conducted, identifying key limitations to theireffectiveness, including fragmented funding, insufficient tax differentiation, and a poorlydeveloped institutional infrastructure. Using a systems approach, we propose ways to reformfinancial and tax mechanisms, strengthen coordination, and improve environmental awareness.The paper emphasizes the need to consider regional specifics when developing economicinstruments, which will ensure sustainable development and increase the competitiveness ofregional economies in the face of global environmental challenges.
