This article analyzes the importance and role of ensuring the financial efficiencyof commercial banks and the factors affecting it, including the proper use of capital and assetsand their impact on efficiency. In addition, theoretical and empirical studies on financial stabilityand efficiency of banks by international and local researchers are presented, and conclusions andsuggestions are formulated.
