This article analyzes the issues of labor resource management at industrialenterprises, increasing their efficiency, and improving the HR management system using theexample of "Javel" LLC. Based on the research results, positive changes in the composition of theenterprise's labor resources, the level of work time utilization, and employee stability wereidentified, and practical recommendations were developed.
